.
. . A honeymoon for one . . .
One
can't help but love Samantha DeMartino, a tax attorney, who describes
herself as “. . . even my desktop finds me so boring it yawns and
shuts down on a regular basis. . .”
After
being jilted a short two weeks before her wedding—to an equally
boring business partner—Sam decides to use the pre-paid honeymoon
trip to the Deerbourne Inn and treat herself to a well-deserved
vacation. There she meets Jed Armstrong, dairy farmer and part-time
ski instructor. And the fun begins.
This
contemporary romantic suspense set in picturesque Vermont is filled
with a host of quirky, well-drawn characters, each with their own
unique voice. We've had the privilege to read other novels by
Charlotte O'Shay and were not disappointed with this one. Her unique
sense of humor, along with her phenomenal ability to create a scene,
is to be envied. Well done all around and a nice addition to the
Deerbourne Inn series out of the Wild Rose Press.
On
a scale of 1 to 5, Forever
In A Moment deserves
a 5.
