Our Review: Author Claire Marti has built on her fascinating first book in her Pacific Vista Ranch series and offered us a shining example of her talent with The Very Thought of You. Again, hero Jake Cruz and heroine Amanda McNeill have compelling goals, realistic motivation and seemingly unsolvable conflict. As for the setting, she has painted a glorious picture for readers with each scene. Makes me want to travel to Southern California.

          This is a fun read with terrific characters and a gorgeous location. What's up next, hmm?

On a scale of 1-5, The Very Thought of You deserves a 6.
